• Does not guarantee specific items, makers, periods, or forms
• Is not an investment or valuation service

By joining the Collector Path, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally capable of entering into a contract
• You understand that antique silver items are pre-owned and may show signs of age and use

Subscription

The Collector Path operates on a recurring subscription basis at the price shown on the website at the time of joining.

Payments are taken in advance of each collection period.

Payment processing

• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers
• Shropshire Silver does not store card details
• Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation

Discretion

All items are selected at the sole discretion of Shropshire Silver, based on:

• Quality and condition
• Merit and suitability
• Appropriateness for inclusion in the Collector Path

Items are chosen for ownership and interest, not for guaranteed resale value or investment performance.

Variation

Because antique silver is inherently individual:

• Each item is unique
• Variation in form, age, maker, and condition is expected
• Wear consistent with age is not a fault

This variation is a fundamental part of the service.

Members may be invited to provide preferences or exclusions.

These are treated as guidance only, not binding instructions.

Shropshire Silver cannot guarantee that all preferences will be met.

• Items are delivered to the address provided by the member
• Delivery times are indicative only
• Risk passes to the member upon delivery
• Members are responsible for accurate delivery details

Issues must be reported promptly after receipt.

Returns

Due to the unique nature of antique items, returns are not accepted, except where:

• An incorrect item has been supplied, or
• An item has been significantly misdescribed

Age-related wear, patina, or variation does not constitute a fault.

Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms stated on the website.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
