3. Membership Terms
3.1 Subscription Structure
Our multi-month memberships work as a mini subscription, billed upfront to guarantee your monthly boxes. Once subscribed, you commit to receiving the agreed number of monthly deliveries.
3.2 Membership Tiers
We offer different membership tiers (Foundation and Connoisseur), each with specific pricing and benefits as detailed on our website. Tier features and pricing are subject to change for new subscriptions but remain fixed for existing members during their current subscription period.
3.3 Cancellation and Pausing
You cannot cancel your membership halfway through a subscription period. However, you are welcome to pause or cancel future renewals or switch tiers once your current membership period is complete. Please contact us at least 7 days before your renewal date to make changes.
3.4 Auto-Renewal
Unless you notify us otherwise, your membership will automatically renew at the end of each period at the then-current rate. You will receive an email reminder before renewal.
4. Mystery Boxes
4.1 One-Time Purchase
Mystery Boxes are one-time purchases with no ongoing commitment. Each box is guaranteed to contain antique silver with a value exceeding £100.
4.2 Contents
Box contents are carefully curated but not customizable. The specific items you receive cannot be guaranteed, though all items are authentic antique silver pieces.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
5.2 Pricing
All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing subscriptions during their current period.
5.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you and retry the payment. If we cannot process your payment after reasonable attempts, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your membership.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Delivery Schedule
Membership boxes are dispatched on a monthly basis. Mystery Boxes are typically dispatched within 10 working days of order placement.
6.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly stated at checkout. We offer free shipping on certain membership tiers and orders over specified amounts.
6.3 Delivery Issues
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund.
6.4 Address Changes
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If you need to update your address, please notify us at least 5 business days before your next scheduled delivery.
